Before You Write
How soon can a service be running?
Storm cell tracking and lightning network feeds can usually be demonstrated within a short onboarding window because the observatory already runs continuously. Data API integration and alert delivery setup take longer because they depend on your systems, and we scope that work with you before any commitment is made.
Do you work with clients outside Chicago?
Yes. Our observatory floor is in Chicago, but the services are delivered wherever severe weather affects your operations. Tracked cells, lightning feeds, hail records and briefings are all produced digitally and can reach any region you operate in.
Can I take just one service instead of the full set?
Certainly. Many clients begin with a single reading and add others once they see how the parts reinforce each other. We will suggest the smallest set that solves your problem rather than pushing the whole observatory on you at once.
